Early Years Assistant Opportunity
We are looking for a creative and committed Early Years Assistant to work, predominantly, within our early years' team but who will also be able to work within Key Stage 1 if necessary. This truly rewarding role requires dedication, commitment and resilience. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, hard- working and has a desire to make a difference to the lives of the children and families here at Keys Meadow. Do you share our passion for inspiring and empowering young minds?
The successful candidate must have NVQ Level 3 Childcare or an equivalent qualification that is relevant to the role. A paediatric first aid qualification is also desirable and an agreement to undertake paediatric first aid training is essential.

Actual Salary Range: £25,320 - £25,682 p.a. inc. (Scale 3)
Hours: 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only)
(08:15 to 15:45 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & 08.15-16.45 on Wednesdays. 30 minutes for lunch)
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: 1st September 2026
