Early Years Assistant Opportunity
We are looking for a creative and committed Early Years Assistant to work, predominantly, within our early years' team but who will also be able to work within Key Stage 1 if necessary. This truly rewarding role requires dedication, commitment and resilience. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, hard- working and has a desire to make a difference to the lives of the children and families here at Keys Meadow. The successful candidate must have NVQ Level 3 Childcare or an equivalent qualification that is relevant to the role. A paediatric first aid qualification is also desirable and an agreement to undertake paediatric first aid training is essential.

Actual Salary Range: £25,320 - £25,682 p.a. inc. (Scale 3)
Hours: 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only)
(08:15 to 15:45 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & 08.15-16.45 on Wednesdays. 30 minutes for lunch)
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: 1st September 2026
