Natural Childcare Company - Shirley have a great opportunity to train as an Early Years Educator Apprentice and gain your level 3 whilst supporting children's learning, play and development and building key relationships.

The Natural Childcare Company is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Nursery Apprentice who is eager to work with children and pursue a Level 3 Early Years qualification. To be considered for this role, you must have a genuine love for children and a warm, caring nature.
About the Role
As a Nursery Apprentice, you will work as part of a friendly and supportive team, playing an active role in children’s learning and development. Key responsibilities include:
• Acting as a key person for a group of children
• Supporting planning, observations, and assessments
• Ensuring the safeguarding, welfare, and wellbeing of all children at all times
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment in line with the EYFS Statutory Framework
• Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
