Early Years Apprentice

Introduction

We are seeking a caring, creative and organised Early Years Apprentice who enjoys teamwork and supports children’s physical, emotional and intellectual development. You will encourage independence through a “help me, help myself” approach while ensuring inclusive, high-quality care.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for:

Caring for and supervising children in a safe, nurturing environment

Be taught how to plan and prepare engaging activities tailored to individual needs

Learn how to work closely with parents to set and review developmental targets

Be supported in communicating effectively with colleagues to support best practice

Promote equality and inclusion, challenging discrimination and ensuring all children have equal opportunities regardless of background, ability or belief

Training Outcome
