Working hours: 35 hours per week which includes evenings and weekends. Interview Date: To be confirmedNew Direction is a Salvation Army Lifehouse located in Braintree. The centre provides accommodation and support based on individual needs to 14 individuals who are experiencing homelessness. We are looking for a committed and dynamic Early Intervention worker with a passion to motivate and empower our clients to reach their full potential.The role of Early intervention worker is to improve the resident induction experience into the centre and provide an initial point of contact. This will inevitably help to prevent the resident from leaving after the first few days, or the foreseeable future. In addition, the will help to reduce feelings of isolation, fear, loneliness and promote engagement. You will work with a team to ensure the smooth running of the Centre, supporting and welcoming clients at the start of their stay and when moving into independent accommodation.The successful
