The Project Excellence Team focuses on: DELIVERY

• Delivers projects identified via the Project Portfolio Board
• Uses Project Management methodologies
• Ensures tangible & intangible benefits are used to validate delivery
CAPABILITY BUILDING
• Coaches colleagues through Project Management accreditations and delivery
• Builds knowledge tools, trains colleagues on how to use the tools in practice and implement a change mindset within their teams
BUSINESS PARTNERING
• Provides support to business functions via regular catch ups and coaching
The Graduate Project Excellence Manager supports programs, deliver projects and training Key responsibilities
• Liaise with Program / Project / Process Excellence Manager to support/ lead program / project delivery
