Stantec is seeking a highly organised Interview Coordinator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract in Reading. The role sits within the Early Careers Recruitment team and involves coordinating candidate interviews, aligning schedules with hiring managers, and ensuring a first-class candidate experience across graduate, apprentice and placement campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have administrative/coordination experience, strong organisation, and excellent communication skills.
