We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Early Career Teachers to work for our partner schools that are seeking new staff for the next academic year.

This is an exciting opportunity for newly qualified teachers or those in the early stages of their teaching career to grow and develop within a supportive and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

· Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across various subject areas, catering to the diverse needs and abilities of students.

· Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated, supported, and challenged to achieve their full potential.

· Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.

· Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the design and implementation of curriculum initiatives and school programs.

· Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders, fostering effective communication and partnership in the education process.

· Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and stay abreast of current educational trends and research.

· Contribute to the wider life of the school community through involvement in extracurricular activities, school events, and initiatives.

· Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area, with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.

· Newly qualified teachers or those with limited teaching experience are encouraged to apply.

· Passion for education and a commitment to inspiring and motivating students to achieve their best.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

· Reflective practitioner with a willingness to engage in continuous professional development and reflective practice.

· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently, with a proactive and flexible approach to teaching and learning.

· A genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the holistic development of students and the school community.
