Full Job Description

You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils feel supported and motivated to achieve their full potential.

You will be supported throughout your placement and will have the opportunity to develop your teaching practice, classroom management, assessment skills, and wider professional responsibilities as you progress through your early career.

A welcoming and supportive primary school in Prestwich is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September on a full-time, long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT to begin their teaching career in a supportive school environment, with strong leadership and opportunities to develop professionally., Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is due to gain QTS as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT to secure a long-term teaching position in a supportive Prestwich primary school, gaining valuable classroom experience while being supported as they begin their teaching career.

The role will run from September until the end of the academic year, with the successful candidate working school hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm. The successful ECT will be paid in line with the appropriate teaching pay scale., Pay in line with the appropriate teaching pay scale
