The work We build secure, high-performance systems that operate in complex environments. This includes everything from backend services and distributed systems through to data pipelines, analytics and applied AI, turning complex data into actionable insight. You might be: + Building scalable software systems + Designing and maintaining data pipelines + Applying analytics or machine learning to real-world problems + Creating user-focused tools in complex domains Typical capability areas + Software Engineering (C++, Java, Python, etc.) + Data Engineering & Data Pipelines + Analytics & Data Science + Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning + UX / Human-centred design + Distributed and high-performance systems What we look for + Strong engineering fundamentals + Ability to work with complex or imperfect data + Experience building secure, reliable systems + Focus on usability and real-world application Our non-negotiables: Due to the highly secure nature of the programmes that we're involved with, you must be: + A UK National and eligible to work in the UK + Eligible to obtain and maintain a UK Government Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance (see guidance here: https://shorturl.at/POnEc) Who is MASS?
