E-commerce & Fulfilment Assistant part time - Melber - London

Melber helps international consumer brands launch and grow in the UK. We work with exciting brands across beauty, wellness, fashion and lifestyle, supporting everything from e-commerce and fulfilment to market entry and growth. We also operate our own established accessories brand. What you'll be doing The main focus will be picking, packing and dispatching online orders, but there's much more to the role. You'll also help with:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Printing labels and preparing courier collections
• Receiving, checking and organising stock
• Processing returns and exchanges
• Supporting Shopify and other e-commerce systems
• Stock counts, inventory checks and spreadsheets
• Preparing products, packaging and orders for our own accessories brand
• Getting stock ready for promotions, launches and wholesale orders
  
  You don't need to have done exactly this job before, but you do need some relevant experience - perhaps in:
• E-commerce or Shopify
• Warehouse or fulfilment
• Retail stockroom
• Dispatch or logistics
• Inventory management
• Fashion, beauty or consumer products
• An online business or marketplace such as Etsy, eBay or Amazon
Most importantly, you're reliable, accurate and organised, comfortable working at pace, and happy getting stuck into practical tasks. You'll need to be comfortable using a computer as well as doing physical picking, packing and stock work.
