We seek a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Executive. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our online retail business, ensuring smooth functionality across various digital platforms.,
- Ensure product descriptions are accurate, engaging, and up to date.
- Maintain product catalogues, including pricing, images, and inventory updates.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Assist customers with orders, payments, returns, and shipping queries.
- Provide helpful product recommendations and support.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to e-commerce.
