E-Commerce & Customer Care Coordinator

The E-Commerce & Customer Care Coordinator will be the primary contact for customer inquiries, coordinating the returns and refund process, and supporting day-to-day website operations on Shopify.,

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and Gorgias with professionalism and clarity
• Coordinate returns process: tracking, refunds, warehouse coordination across multiple locations
• Process customer refunds and maintain accurate records
• Support Shopify storefront operations: product uploads, pricing updates, collection management
• Use data tools (Excel, Shopify reporting, SWAP) to track orders and returns
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams on returns logistics

• Customer care experience, including email support and order management.
• Solid Shopify experience, i.e. comfortable navigating the backend.
• Proficiency with Excel, including data entry and basic reporting
• E-commerce operations experience, including orders, returns and logistics
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with AfterShip, SWAP, ShipStation, or similar tools
