As a Duty Operations Assistant Apprentice you’ll play an important role in creating welcoming, safe and inclusive environments where residents can connect, access services, and thrive. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience across customer service, administration, facilities operations and health & safety.

Working Arrangements
Working Week: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm and 3.00pm - 11.00pm. Saturday to Sunday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (shifts).
