Full Job Description
- Respond promptly and appropriately to operational issues, ensuring the relevant Head of Department (HOD), Maintenance team, or Senior Management is informed to facilitate a timely and positive resolution.
- Liaise with external contractors, ensuring adherence to club procedures in the absence of the Maintenance team.
- Manage and document any incidents or emergencies, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
- Conduct essential Health & Safety compliance tasks as required.
- Complete mandatory First Aid and Emergency Response training.
- Anticipate and respond to member needs, both on an individual and operational level.
- Provide cover for team members during breaks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform daily opening and closing checks across all areas, addressing any issues and reporting them to Senior Management and the appropriate HOD.
- Support the maintenance and operation of pool plant facilities in accordance with company standards and Maintenance team's guidance.
- Monitor staff punctuality and attendance, ensuring any instances of lateness or sickness are accurately recorded and communicated to the relevant personnel.
- Address and resolve immediate staffing concerns, including the completion and submission of required documentation.
- Handle and resolve in-person member complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Undertake basic maintenance tasks in the absence of the Maintenance team.
- Gain knowledge of all operational areas-including Front-of-House and F&B services to provide cross-departmental support during busy periods.

- Be flexible and available to work 5 days out of 7 on a rotation basis to include mornings, afternoons and evenings., Duty manager experience.
- Front of House experience.
- First Aid.
- RLSS.
- Safeguarding.
