What you'll do as a Leisure Centre Duty ManagerYou'll be entrusted to:Lead day-to-day operations of the leisure centre, ensuring a safe and efficient environmentAct as a key holder, taking responsibility for opening and closing the facilityCoordinate colleagues across front of house, wet side and dry side activitiesDeliver excellent customer care, handling enquiries, feedback and complaints professionallyMonitor health and safety standards, carrying out checks and ensuring compliance with proceduresRespond confidently to incidents and emergencies in line with established processes Does this sound like you?You'll be a great fit for this role if you have
