Job Description
Durham County Council invites applications for a Duty Manager to help launch The Light, a major new cultural venue in County Durham. You will support the Operations Manager in day-to-day operations, build a motivated Front of House team, and help ensure income targets and a fun, safe visitor experience from day one.
You will bring NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and First Aid, with experience leading Front of House in a cultural setting, strong health and safety awareness, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
