Duty Manager - Crewe, Cheshire

We're looking for a Duty Manager to support the smooth, safe and effective operation of our leisure centre. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, confident in leading a team and committed to delivering a high-quality experience for all visitors. What the role involves -

• Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure services run efficiently.
• Leading the team on shift and supporting a positive, customer-focused working environment.
• Taking responsibility for health and safety, customer care and incident management.
• Managing bookings, supporting financial processes and ensuring compliance with centre procedures.
• Contributing to external accreditations such as Quest and Investors in People.
• Completing site-specific checks and maintaining high operational standards across all areas.

• Experience in a customer-facing or operational role.

  Salary - £26,761.40 per annum pro rata.
