Duty Manager (Casual)

We are seeking an exceptional Duty Manager

The Duty Manager will ensure the safe and smooth running on the venue during performances, maintaining a high level customer experience whilst adhering to current health and safety standards., We are proud holders of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Silver Award, demonstrating our commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community and aligning with the values of the Armed Forces Covenant.

Must have prior experience in venue or event management with a focus on high attendees levels.

Previous management of staff and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.

Must be willing to work unsocial hours and weekends.
