Duty Manager

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Duty Manager to help lead the day-to-day operation of one of our brand-new hubs in Woodhall, Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll play a key role in keeping the hub running smoothly, supporting your team, and delivering exceptional experiences for every customer who walks through our doors. When the Cluster Manager and Assistant Manager is off-site, you'll step up and take charge as the lead manager on shift. What you'll be doing This is a hands-on role leadership role, One minute you could be supporting customers at reception, the next helping deliver a successful event, carrying out safety checks, supporting your team, or ensuring the facility is looking its very best. You'll be trusted to lead shifts, maintain high standards, and create a welcoming environment where customers and colleagues can thrive.

• Support teams across reception, football, fitness, catering, and cleaning. Lead by example and help create a positive, high-performing team culture. Be a friendly, visible, and approachable presence around the hub.
• Ensure every customer receives a welcoming and inclusive experience.
• Help maximise football bookings, gym usage, and customer participation. Support local promotions, events, and marketing activity. Monitor stock levels and support efficient day-to-day operations.
Take responsibility for health and safety on shift. Carry out facility, equipment, and housekeeping checks. Ensure all areas remain safe, clean, secure, and well-presented.   Experience working in leisure, sport, hospitality, retail or another customer-focused environment.

• A strong sense of responsibility, organisation and attention to detail.
• A passion for creating great experiences for both customers and colleagues.
• The confidence to make decisions, take ownership and support your team throughout the day.
