Duty Manager

This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organisation. We pay an attractive salary of £15.31 per hour and offer access to training and development opportunities. The Duty Manager will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality day to day operations across the venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Front of House teams during events, the postholder will oversee customer service delivery, manage staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements. The role involves responding to incidents, supporting audience experience, and maintaining smooth event operations in a fast paced, public facing environment. Strong communication, decision making, and organisational skills are essential, alongside a proactive, customer focused approach and the ability to manage conflicting priorities. For the role, we ask that you have:

• A relevant Level 3 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
• And or a Level 3 Emergency First Aid at work or required to obtain this qualification within a timescale agreed on appointment.
• Excellent communication skills with self-confidence and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders including visiting companies, performers, hirers, audience members and staff.
• Flexibility and a willingness to work evenings and weekends.
