Duty Climbing Instructor

PLEASE NOTE: This is an internal advert and is open to current Oxford Brookes University staff only. An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our growing climbing team. You will work a varying pattern of shifts, which will require evening and weekend work. If you are interested in a career in sport and leisure, Oxford Brookes Sport also has fantastic training programmes that can lead to management positions, with a real focus on individual development and mentorship.

• Should have experience working in an indoor climbing centre
• Hold Climbing Instructor Award or Rock-Climbing Instructor Award
• Must be passionate about great customer service
• Must be willing to work a flexible shift pattern including evenings and weekends
• Should have excellent verbal communication skills
• Should have confidence and an approachable nature
