Our Site Director Aga is looking for someone with genuine passion for customer service who takes pride in ensuring everyone leaves with a smile. Experience in a customer facing or similar role would be an advantage, but it's not essential - full training will be provided. We'll give you everything to grow into an excellent Barista while supporting your personal and professional growth.

As a team member in Costa you will create amazing drinks while providing a clean and friendly environment for our travelling customers. You may be in the Drive Thru or main building. The standards are the same- 5 star service every time. We offer working patterns on either a full or part time basis, with a variety of shifts available.
