Full Job Description
We are currently looking for 2 x Civil Operatives (Groundworkers) to join a long-term National Grid substation project. This is a strong opportunity for experienced operatives with the right competencies to secure consistent work on a major infrastructure scheme. Requirements:
Essential: National Grid Person (NG Person)
Forward Tipping Dumper Ticket
HSG47 (2-Day) Certification
Full PPE required before starting on site
Candidates without the above will not be considered. Duties will include: General groundworks within a high-voltage substation environment
Excavation, duct laying, and reinstatement works
Safe operation of forward tipping dumper
Working in line with strict National Grid safety procedures
