Together, we deliver clinically proven treatments, exceptional safety standards, and outstanding patient care across our nationwide clinic network.We are expanding our leadership team and are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, and lead a high-performing clinical and front-of-house teams, in our Wolverhampton and Leamington Spa clinics.As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and successful running of the clinic. You will lead by example, maintain outstanding customer service standards, and drive revenue growth while ensuring full compliance with clinical governance, CQC, and internal protocols.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and
develop a multidisciplinary team including practitioners, nurses, and consultantsOversee daily operations to ensure an exceptional patient experienceAchieve and exceed financial targets through effective KPI managementMaintain the highest standards of governance, safety, and regulatory complianceManage clinic rota planning, stock levels, and operational efficiencySupport recruitment, onboarding, and staff development strategiesDeliver monthly performance reports and contribute to regional business goalsFoster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvementHandle escalated patient concerns with empathy and professionalismWe're looking for a confident leader with strong commercial and operational experience-ideally within aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, or a premium service environment.Essential Skills & ExperienceProven leadership experience in a clinical, healthcare, or aesthetic settingStrong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting KPIsExcellent
