Efficient Multi-Drop Operations: Execute multi-drop-off and pick-up tasks confidently across 4 key regional locations, managing time effectively to ensure we hit our strict delivery time windows.
Accurate Parcel Sorting: Conduct product pre-sorting to organize parcels precisely into their correct location paths before setting out.
Proactive Customer Interaction: Maintain professional and clear communication by actively contacting customers as soon as you arrive at their location to coordinate standard drop-offs.
Five-Star Customer Service: Deliver world-class, human-centric customer service at every hand-over to secure customer satisfaction and support our "Satisfied or Satisfied" service promise.
THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Customer-Centric Focus: A positive mental attitude paired with a naturally developed sense of customer care and handover etiquette.
Agile & Autonomous: Highly responsible, practical, and adaptable when stepping out of a comfort zone to navigate regional delivery pathways.
Previous multi-drop delivery or warehouse sortation experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Decathlon Wednesbury is seeking an agile and customer-focused individual to join our operations as a Driving & Parcel Sortation Teammate. In this role, you will be the final link in our state-of-the-art omnichannel value chain, connecting our warehouse and local hubs directly to our sporting community. If you thrive in an active, autonomous environment and are committed to leaving every customer with a smile, this role is perfect for you!, A valid and clean UK Driving License.
Strong physical practicality to handle and manage multi-destination parcel distributions.
Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills for on-site client interactions.
Strong organizational skills to manage sorted inventory loads accurately.
