Full Job Description
Driving PA Support Required, to Assist with Morning Routine and Going Shopping - RG-DCC-001, 6 Hours Per Week, Chesterfield., PA support required in the mornings to start between 9am - 9:30 am to assist a lady who is sight impaired and is currently awaiting on a hip replacement.
You must be able to drive with a fully clean driving license ( Zero Points). The individual would like support on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Roles and Responsibilities
The individual requiring support is sight impaired and is currently awaiting on a hip replacement.
The role is to help support in the morning with her morning routine. The individual requiring support is able to provide themselves with personal care but will need assistance with getting changed.
You will also be supporting with accessing the community, particularly going shopping together. As the individual requiring support is sight impaired she requires constant support and you will need to notify her of when people are near/to the side of her.
You must have a fully clean driving license with zero points and be able to offer support on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
