Drivers Mate

Pay Rate: £32,037.93 Grade: O Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday to Friday Location: Redhill, RH1 5EH Think you know DHL? Think again! We're now looking for a Driver's Mate to play a key role assisting our drivers to deliver goods safely and on time. A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• You will be delivering alcohol goods to pubs, clubs, bars and restaurants
• Accompanying and assisting the driver with unloading deliveries at licensed premises
• Staying in touch with the transport team to advise of any problems
• Completing relevant processes on an electronic handheld device
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
• Are physically fit as the role involves lots of manual handling
• Have previous experience of working with volume orders
• Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage their own workload
• Previous experience as a Driver's Mate, within a similar environment would be ideal but isn't a deal breaker!
