Pay Rate: £30,771 Grade: CA Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday to Friday starting between 4am-8am Location: Tingley, WF3 1SP Think you know DHL? Think again! We're now looking for a Driver's Mate to play a key role assisting our drivers to deliver goods safely and on time. A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Coordinating the loading of alcohol onto your assigned vehicle prior to delivery
- Accompanying and assisting driver with unloading deliveries at licensed premises
- Staying in touch with the transport team to advise of any problems
- Unloading at customer sites and delivering the goods to cellars etc. THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Able to complete manual handling task such as moving & carrying kegs of beer
- Have previous experience of working with volume orders
- Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage their own workload
- Previous experience as a Driver's Mate, within a similar environment would be ideal but isn't a deal breaker! WHY JOIN US?
