Salary: £45k- £50k

Shift: Monday to Friday however flexibility is needed for this role.

Mostly 9:00-17:00 but Afternoon, Nights and weekend work will be required.

A great opportunity for an experienced Driver Trainer to join our distribution and logistics team at our Bicester Depot. You will be joining a small team that keeps our network running, ensuring we deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers.

You will form part of the Transport department's training team, working alongside a number of shareholders in a varied role. From training our drivers in the classroom, to on-road assessments and training.

You will be flexible in order to cover the department's training needs across all shifts. Have an eye for accuracy, recent HGV driving experience (preferably multi-drop experience), and be a people person.

Applicants must be Class 1 qualified.

You will have a full and clean Class 1 Licence with 3 years of full driving experience.

It would also be very advantageous for applicants to have Health and Safety qualifications accredited to IOSH, NEBOSH, and ROSPA.

Computer literacy is also a requirement, and you will have strong Microsoft Office abilities.
