Driver Labourer

We're responsible for delivering improvement and cyclical works across the entire operational area of Abri Group. Utilising both in-house teams and approved sub-contractors, we carry out the major improvement works to our customers' homes ranging from kitchen renewals and bathroom replacements right through to roof replacement and insulation. In addition, our team of Contract Surveyors also specify and implement a variety of special project works throughout the year delivering solutions for more complex issues., Are you pro-active, highly motivated, professional and friendly? We have an exciting opportunity for a Driver Labourer to join our team on a 6 month contract, where you'll be working across the Abri geographical area including Yeovil, Somerset and surrounding area. You'll be part of a team fitting numerous kitchens and bathrooms on a planned basis across our regions. Top notch customer service skills, enthusiasm and a 'can-do' attitude will all be essential as you'll be an ambassador for the company as you go from property to property carrying out work to the highest of standards, all while being the friendly face of Abri to our customers. You'll be responsible for carrying out material collections, deliveries, rubbish collections as well as working alongside our team of operatives assisting with rip outs, small repairs, tiling/grouting, panelling etc. All repairs to properties will be carried out in an efficient and effective manner, in accordance with appropriate good building maintenance practice It's essential that you comply with both Health & Safety policies and statutory legislation and ensure all works are completed in the most cost-effective and timely manner, ensuring that the customer is advised of progress. In this role, you'll be an ambassador for the organisation by using your 'can do' attitude to provide a high-quality, 'right first time' service to our customers all while being the friendly face of Abri.
