Driver Co-ordinator

Join LKQ UK & Ireland as a Driver Coordinator and play a key role in keeping our delivery operations running smoothly. You'll manage driver schedules, support the team, and ensure our customers receive their orders on time, every time. • Manage the efficient route planning of the delivery vehicles and ensure that stock is moved efficiently and safely
• Build relationships with internal customers to determine their requirements, manage expectations and achieve our service level agreements
• Live and breathe excellent customer service and support and coach our Drivers to do the same
• Ensure all business Health and Safety measures are followed and report on all accidents and near misses
• Motivate, lead and develop the team to excel in their current role and understand and support their aspirations
• Improve returns, credits and warranty processes thereby enhancing the customer experience
• Control and monitor costs, such as driver overtime, absence etc.
  
  Experience working in a similar role
• Ability to lead, motivate and supervise a team of Drivers
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure and fast-paced environment

• Current valid Driving License
