Driver Class 2

Pay Rate: £43,436.90 + overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate. Grade: O Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Rotating shift pattern, 4 days on + 2 days off, 4 days on and 2 days off and 5 days on 2 days off. Start times between 5.30am and 6.30am. We're now looking for a Class 2 HGV Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time. This is a very physically demanding role where you are delivering Furniture into customer homes. Therefore you would be required to complete a basic Criminal Record Check. A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Manual handling of customer products - large furniture items.
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Regular completion of vehicle checks
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Ideally have 12 months recent driving experience
