Full Job Description
You'll be responsible for planning and delivering Drama and Interaction learning programmes and activities to groups of pupils. Provide pastoral care, assess, report, and monitor the academic and personal progress of pupils and to take a lead role in developing, implementing and monitoring the impact of lessons.
- Grade C/4/5 GCSE in English and Maths
- Qualification (AS/A level) desirable
- To motivate and encourage students to work co-operativel
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in rural and urban environments supporting students in a range of activities such as Duke of Edinburgh, forest school, horticulture and gardening
- Able to support students aged from 11-19 in moving and handling and personal care
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and parents, As a Drama & Interaction Class Lead within Riverbank Academy, you'll be able to build upon your existing skill set within a supportive environment, with professional development, training, and career progression opportunities available.
