Full Job Description

As Door Person, I will support the Chief Concierge and assume responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, using appropriate salutations.
Open doors and assist guests entering or exiting the hotel.
Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested.
Load and unload vehicles on arrival and departure of guests and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicles.
Maintain the cleanliness of guest areas including entrance and report any defects.
Monitor the entrance for unauthorized individuals or suspicious activity. Coordinate with security personnel to ensure guest safety.
Manage crowd control during peak times or special events.
Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.

To execute the position of Door Person, I have the required experience within a five-star hotel calibre and I am fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
