Door to Door Sales Executive

Field Sales Executive Location: Oldham, Manchester Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K), £250 a month car allowance. Business travel paid. You've got sales experience in spades, you're confident, ambitious, and hungry to earn. What you will be doing:

• You'll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You'll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently.
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You'll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.
What you will bring:
• You have a full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• You're driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You've got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You're friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
