Door to Door Sales Executive

Field Sales Executive Location: Urmston, Manchester Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Salary: £25 000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50 000). £250/month car allowance, £50 phone allowance. Business travel paid. Pension contribution up to 8% matched by employer. Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them switch to broadband.
• Manage your own pipeline, turning conversations into customers.
• Drive performance - hit and exceed targets consistently.
• Build relationships within the local community and internally.
• Be open to feedback, eager to learn, and adapt your approach.
Qualifications
• Full, clean UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Driven by targets and motivated by results.
• Solid face-to-face sales experience, able to engage people and secure sales.
• Friendly, confident, enjoys real conversations.
• Independent, manages time and hits field targets.
