Door Person

The Door Person will be responsible for the following duties:

• Greeting our guests and visitors on arrival and departure courteously and professionally
• Ensuring that the front entrance of the hotel is maintained, reflecting the hotel's standards of excellence in order to create a lasting impression of warmth and hospitality
• To guide guests to pre-arranged transport and to assist guests in providing taxis on request
• To ensure the safe parking of guest cars in our parking bays. The candidate must hold an EU/UK driving Licence and ideally someone with previous experience in a five star environment. You are willing to deliver a professional, attentive and impeccable service to our hotel guests
