Full Job Description
You'll be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of automatic and pedestrian door systems across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, retail, and public sector sites.,
- Install, service, maintain and repair automatic and pedestrian door systems.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment remains safe and compliant.
- Complete all job documentation accurately using company systems.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while representing the business professionally.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety regulations.
Minimum 2 years' experience working with automatic door systems (installation and/or maintenance). - Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Desirable:
- Electrical qualifications.
- Experience with access control systems.
- CSCS Card (or willingness to obtain one).
38,000 - 45,000 basic salary depending on experience. - Overtime opportunities and enhanced earning potential.
