In this role, youll learn practical healthcare skills and take a step into the NHS. Youll be the friendly face that greets our donors, supports them through the donation process, and makes sure they leave feeling good about their experience. From checking them in on our systems to ensuring theyre comfortable during and after their donation, your focus will be on delivering

At NHS Blood and Transplant, youll join a team of more than 6,000 people who are making a genuine difference to communities, families, friends, relatives and more across the UK. The role involves working a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays but no night shifts! You will be working up to full-time hours (part-time hours are also available), shifts are usually 9.5 hours, between the working hours of 08:00am and 21:00pm., It takes all types of people to deliver the kind of service that saves and improves lives.
