Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join Team Caerphilly and provide support across the wider Home Assistance Reablement Team (HART). We pay an attractive salary of £10,478 - £10,997 and offer access to training and development opportunities. H.A.R.T supports adults living within Caerphilly County Borough by working closely with health and community partners to ensure individuals receive the right support at the right time in their own homes. As a member of our assessment service, you will provide short-term support to individuals during their care and support assessment process. You will regularly update key workers on progress and work across all HART services. Depending on the level of support required, this role may involve working alone or alongside a colleague. We offer tailored, work-based training designed to enhance your existing skills and help you develop new ones. Various contracts are available. Does this sound like the right job for you? - Knowledge of domiciliary care regulations.
- Experience of providing / assisting with care, either in present / previous employment or for a family member.
- Full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business / work purposes to travel throughout the borough to attend meetings, visit individuals.
We have excellent benefits including the Local Government Pension Scheme and staff discount schemes., The Social Care Wales (Registration) Rules 2023 set out the requirement for all residential childcare workers, domiciliary care workers, adult care home workers, residential family centre workers to be registered with Social Care Wales within six months from your start date in post. Permanent positions will require you to work flexibly including weekend and Bank Holiday work.
