Your Role:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes or care settings


• Support with daily living tasks including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility


• Assist with medication, hydration, and meal preparation in line with care plans


• Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing


• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families


• Keep accurate care notes and report any concerns promptly


• Work collaboratively with colleagues and follow safeguarding procedures
