A number of Care staff required for Immediate start for a Private Company based in Winchester. Driving license required and the use of your own car.

- Assist clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Support with medication prompts
- Help with meal preparation and light household duties
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Promote independence and dignity
- Maintain accurate care records
- Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Caring, patient, and trustworthy nature
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Previous care experience desirable but not essential (training provided)
