Full Job Description
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and operational running of the domiciliary care branch
- Drive the growth and development of the service, identifying opportunities to expand and improve
- Ensure the branch consistently meets and exceeds CQC standards and all relevant regulatory requirements
- Lead, support and develop a team of care coordinators and field-based care staff
- Monitor and maintain the quality of care delivered to clients in their own homes
- Manage staff recruitment, induction, supervision and performance effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral partners and commissioners
- Manage budgets and branch performance in line with business targets

- Proven management experience within a domiciliary care setting - essential
- Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
- Strong business acumen with a genuine desire to develop and grow the service
- An inspiring and effective leader with excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence - essential
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
