Domestic Team Leader - Mobile

This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating domestic services to ensure a high-quality, safe and compliant cleaning service across NHS Property Services sites. It involves managing staff, rotas, training and performance, completing audits and inspections, maintaining health and safety and cleaning standards, overseeing stock and equipment, and acting as a key point of contact for service users. The role supports effective service delivery, manages resources and may cover cleaning shifts when required. Can handle routine tasks and social interactions within a work environment. Ability to absorb policy and guidance necessary for the role., We are an organisation with a passion for giving back. We have a Domestic Team Leader Mobile role to join our team based at Bristol - Knowle West Healthy Living Centre.

• £14.52 per hour, £28,393 per annum, pro-rata
• 37.5 hours per week
• Flexibility to work varied shifts between 4:00 am. and 9:00 pm, Monday to Friday, to meet business needs.
• DBS check will be conducted, training will be providing
