Full Job Description
The role if a Domestic Supervisor is to manage the staff on a day to day basis, being responsible for all porters, laundry staff and domestics on duty during the day. the position is for 4 days a week with a 30 min unpaid lunch break and is from 7.30-5pm. we are a 7 day operation so there is an expectancy to work alternate weekends.
Being a team player, being able to manage staff, work along side auditors, have an understanding of rotas and working in the best interest for the operation, Some one with good organisation skills, leadership qualities, being able to work well in a crisis and be able to manage the operation on a day to day basis
