(**) Domestic Services Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills who is dedicated to working as part of our friendly team.

To participate and control all aspects of the Domestic Departments Service Level Agreements and support the total domestic operational service delivery model by ensuring that works are carried out by domestic staffs to their job specifications. you will be required to monitor quality services are being provided at all times whilst promoting good business relationships between Management and Staff and supporting the patient experience.

Working within the MSE Domestic Services Team, you will have access to the best in class training in this field which will enable you to develop your skillset.

If successful, you will become part of a hardworking, determined and forward thinking team, supporting in driving efficiencies across the trust within Domestic Services to ensure the best patient experience is provided at all times., Ensuring that cleaning duties and frequencies are carried out based on the 50 elements as specified by the National Specification for Cleanliness Standards (NSC).

Ensuring that their areas, wards and departments are ready to be audited at any time

Participating in daily joint cleaning audits, ensuring all quality monitoring is conducted in line with Trust policy and ensuring rectification plans are completed in a timely manner.

Participating in a 7 day week management rota as scheduled and approved by management

Understanding of Domestic Service Level Agreements between the Estates & Facilities Business unit, wards, departments and satellite buildings to ensure services are delivered accordingly and in a cost effective manner.

Managing a diverse team and resolving any team related issues.

Responsible in ensuring that all staff maintain a clean and safe environment for all patients, visitors and staff members
