Landmarc supports the UK Armed Forces by keeping the Defence Training Estate running safely and effectively. We manage training areas and ranges, maintain essential infrastructure and deliver major improvement projects that enhance military training across the UK. What You'll Do

  • Carry out domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance to ensure facilities remain safe and fit for purpose
  • Support asset maintenance, building repairs, inspections, planned and preventative maintenance
  • Liaise with stakeholders such as asset users, tenants, employer representatives and contractors
  • Follow all Health & Safety policies, completing risk assessments and method statements
  • Complete documentation using IT and paper-based systems
  • Deliver additional works when required under contract requirements
  • Maintain skills and attend training to remain competent in relevant disciplines
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call rota 1 in 5 weeks and support with annual leave/ sickness cover

In this mobile role, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of domestic plumbing systems within the Defence Esate. If you take pride in delivering high-quality work and want to grow your expertise with a world-leading Facilities Management organisation, this is an excellent opportunity., Preferred Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering Services (Plumbing) or equivalent experience
  • Strong Health & Safety knowledge
  • Ability to plan ahead and work to tight deadlines
  • Good IT skills with ability to use a tablet
  • Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
