Domestic Gas & Heating Technician

Landmarc Support Services is looking for a skilled Domestic Gas & Heating Technician to join our team at Otterburn Camp. • Maintain, service, install, commission and carry out safety checks on domestic LPG boilers appliances & General Plumbing Tasks
• Produce Landlord Certificates and CP12s
• Complete Landlord Gas Safety Inspections and undertake any required remedial works
• Submit certification and work orders promptly, meeting contractual KPIs
• Work collaboratively with asset users, employer representatives and contractors to support smooth site operations
• Follow Health & Safety policies, completing risk assessments and safe systems of work
• Continue developing your technical skills through ongoing training - Commercial Gas
• Drive and operate fleet vehicles, travelling to regional sites when required
• Participate in an on-call rota outside normal working hours (overtime applicable)
  
  Knowledge of boilers, Un-vented cylinders, gas fires, analysis, water heaters and pipework, Controls, Light Commercial, Heating Systems & Flue Gas Analysis
• Understanding of Health & Safety standards including COSHH, manual handling and risk assessments
• Clear and confident communication with colleagues and customers
• Plumbing Qualifications
• Domestic LPG Gas-Safe Registered
• HWSS, CCLP1 (PD), CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & HTRLP2
• Full valid UK driving licence
  
  Salary:£41,688.61 - £47,864.70 (DOE)
• Shifts:Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00. Friday 08:00 - 15:30
• Contract: Permanent, On Call 1 in 5 weeks - overtime/TOIL applicable
• Location:Otterburn Camp, Northumberland, NE19 1NX
