Domestic Care Assistant

As a Domestic Care Assistant at Bosworth Care Home in Weymouth, you will work 12 hours per week during weekends only. Joining our team means truly making a difference in the lives of our residents. We seek compassionate and reliable individuals who are ready to work in a supportive and rewarding environment. No previous care experience is required, as full training is provided. Your main responsibilities include communal cleaning, dusting, polishing, vacuuming residents bedrooms, and providing companionship. You will work closely with the home management team to meet hygiene standards and support other team members through shadowing and teamwork. If you have at least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK, youll have access to training opportunities, pension schemes, and a supportive working environment.
