We now seek a Domestic Assistant who is passionate about, and thrives on, making a real and positive difference to the lives of older people.
Working alongside and in collaboration with your colleagues in the domestic and laundry teams, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our residents' rooms and in all communal areas. You will be adaptable and approachable in nature, not only prioritising resident care always but actively promoting continual improvement of standards in all areas. This approach should reinforce the provision of a clean and healthy environment in which our residents are valued, respected, and retain their individualism and dignity. You will continually assess the domestic needs of all residents. Through the adherence to all policies and procedures you and your colleagues will ensure delivery of the highest standards that make a true difference to each of our residents, contributing to the ongoing fulfilment of their lives.
